  The prices are great cheaper than other liquor stores in the area. I didn't always feel this way about this store but as of lately the customer service has went to hell. They don't want to answer questions about their product like do you have a different kind of product I usually see in here. Can you get me something that's the only one I see all the way at the back of the fridge. I have been coming in this store for about 3 years. Buying stuff out the lock cabinets for Xmas gifts birthday gifts have a friend that has a bar in basement buy all kind of decorative bottles of liquor for them. Top shelf liquor down to cans of my sapparo beer, and bud light. I always spend money... in there. I also go down to Jason liquor in Ellicott City. They cost a lil more but Customer service is awesome. I'm torn because of the prices and the Customer service at Normandy. I'm thinking I may have to stop going to Normandy you spend all that money to be mistreated or like you stole something. If you want Good prices its the place to go. If you want to be appreciated for spending money in their establishment and someone to help you or answer a question if need be this is not the place for you. Go to Jason's liquor further down Baltimore National Pike just pass the Giant same plaza as Jimmy John's. They nice and helpful and do have sales so the prices are good.

  One of the best places with a lot of selections at most competitive prices that I found. May items area much cheaper than Total Wine. I am a regular customer now.
