  I visited the Fireside showroom and checked out their pellet inserts stock and was pleased with their products. Unfortunately, I needed a retrofit pellet insert because I had an existing gas fireplace that limited my choices. The salesmen were very knowledgeable about their products which gave me confidence. I had actually conducted my own research and spoke to numerous people who had pellet inserts in their homes. I compared prices with other dealers online and was satisfied with the potential price. The company scheduled a date to conduct an estimate and the actual owner of the company came out and broke down the prose and cons of going with a pellet stove versus a gas stove. I was impressed with his honesty and no pressure sales tactics. I followed through and went with the pellet stove insert. The installers arrived on time and explained the process of the install and gave me simple stupid instruction on how to clean and utilize the product. My pellet insert works great and I'm pleased with my purchase and overall satisfaction with the company. I would recommend them to family and friends.
