  I keep wanting to shop here and would rather shop here than HD or Lowes. But every time I go in I have a negative experience. Today I ordered lump charcoal and went in to pick it up. Every bag of lump had at least 1 hole taped over with clear packing tape. The contents of the bags were decimated, with dust billowing out of every pore in the bag. Needless to say I canceled my order and left. I purchased my big green egg here, since it’s the closest BGE dealer to me. They even had a pretty good promotion on the egg. It’s also the only place i an find real brass hose quick-connects. Otherwise, it seems the prices are higher here and the experience I’ve had here are mostly negative.
