  We had a great experience at the Ellicott City Big Screen Store. Our sales person Greg Dahle was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He gathered information from us as to our floor plan, lighting, etc. He listened to what features and budget WE were looking for in a TV so that he could give us the best options that fit US. We left there on a Friday evening and had our 65" Samsung 4K Ultra High Def TV in our living room by 9AM the next morning! BEAUTIFUL picture! Cool features! and Great price! (I've done a few price comparisons). Thank you for your service Greg.

  Greg was very knowledgeable about Big Screen's products and services and the purchase and installation all went smoothly. A couple of weeks after I purchased the TV, Big Screen announced a $200 price reduction. Big Screen had advertised a price guarantee policy so I called thinking it might be a hassle to effect that. Not so - Greg immediately responded that I was due a refund and it was arranged within an hour, with no need for me to re-visit the store. I'll remember that the next time I'm in the market for a TV.

  You will not be disappointed. Went to The Big Screen Store but I’m not a tech person. Great news everyone...you don’t have to be. If you are lucky enough like me and get Greg as your salesman you are in good hands. From the moment I walked in, there was no sales pitch or attempts to up sell. He suggested we have a tech come to our house to assess our needs and what would work best for us given our circumstances (I.e. glare, sunlight, locations in the house, etc). It costed $50 to have them come out but is was taken off the install so it was no loss either way. We purchased two televisions and even though we found a better deal on one of the televisions, they price matched. Actually, the price on their 9000 series was $500 better than anywhere else. At the end of the day, shop with confidence at The Big Screen Store and ask for Greg. Great, honest guy. Hard to come by people like him when it comes to sales. Btw, he called me to check up on the delivery and later when we had the televisions mounted. Amazing service!!! I’d definitely purchase from them again.
